The design of the new Breville Juice Fountain Compact (model BJE200XL) packs
all of the power and functionality that you expect from a Breville juice extractor
into a smaller footprint to save on counter space. The internal pulp collector
lets you juice 1.5 quarts of apple juice before needing to empty it, plus
it's very easy to clean with the included cleaning tool. The filter and
cutter system are
so powerful that you can actually juice a pineapple in large chunks with
the rind left on. The easy-to-assemble parts
are all dishwasher safe (excluding the electrical base).
Motor
A powerful 700 watt motor spins the filter basket at 14,000 RPM, extracting
one cup (8 fl. oz.) of juice in 5 seconds.
Filter and Cutter
The patented dual centered knife system pulverizes fruits and vegetables into
minute particles and forces them against the mesh filter for speed and maximum
yield.
Feed Tube
The extra wide 3 inch feed tube allows you to juice whole fruits and vegetables
- no need for cutting most fruit beforehand!
Stabilizing Knife
The unique, patented stabilizing knife centers the fruits or vegetable over
the cutter and filter, which increases juice yield by 30% and makes it 10
